About an order

Have the order reference to hand, the one starting HFU. With that we can see what was ordered, where it is and who took it out.

Returns and faults

Tell us within 7 days for an unused item, or any time inside the warranty for a fault. Keep the packaging if you can. We arrange collection ourselves when the fault is ours or we sent the wrong thing.

Trade accounts

Contractors and landlords ordering regularly should ask about a trade account and pricing on quantity. Send your bill of quantities and we will price it.
